Instructions:

1. Click the Submit button once you’ve completed all required fields.

2. Fill out the dialog box with your full name, section, and subject before submitting.

3. Wait for the validation process to finish.

4. Click the Send Result button when the message appears saying the results are ready.

5. Click OK when you see the confirmation that the results have been sent to your teacher.

6. Take a full-page screenshot of the webpage using a tool like GoFullPage (Chrome extension). Make sure all   

     important details are visible.

7. Upload the screenshot to the folder provided, and name the file using your complete last name.
